Please note: All booking times are CENTRAL. Prior to our session, I will email a PDF form for you to fill out. Please return the completed form at least 24 hours before our time together for my review. Thank you! It can feel overwhelming to navigate mind/body/spirit challenges. There are numerous options available and an overwhelming volume of information. Let my 25 years of experience help hone which tools could be most impactful to you. Our time together will be all about you! Exploring what you most want to accomplish to live in your full, rich and joyful existence. Your session will include a 60 minute consultation, a full report with options to explore and (2) gifts shipped to your home to jumpstart your new wellness pathway. After our session, I will send you a summary of your session. This will include herbal, flower essence, aromatherapy suggestions and more. These will provide you many pathways to refresh your health. Terms and Conditions: I understand that I am working with a consultant who makes no claims of being a health practitioner, I do this on my own free will. I understand no diagnosis or prescription will be given. I understand that Kelly Keyser-Millar is an Herbalist, an Aromatherapist, Flower Essence Practitioner and Reiki Practitioner and that she is not a medical doctor. I also understand that only a medical doctor can diagnose and prescribe treatment. The suggestions given are only suggestions and I must take responsibility for further educating and making myself aware of my body’s heath issues and receiving proper medical care. Kelly Keyser-Millar accepts no responsibility for my actions, financial or otherwise for the outcome of aromatherapy, flower essence, reiki or herbal remedies recommended by the above mentioned consultant, Kelly Keyser-Millar. I also understand that Kelly Keyser-Millar accepts no responsibility for the effects of said advice.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your consideration regarding our time together. Our session requires preparation on my end, so I appreciate extra time if you require a reschedule or cancellation. If needed, you can cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to our session. I know that 'life happens' so you can reschedule any appointment 48 hours prior to our session. If you are ill, simply contact me directly and we can adjust your appointment. COVID/illness policy: Please let me know if you have any cold/flu/virus symptoms prior to our IN-PERSON session. (Fever, fatigue, etc.) You will not be charged a cancellation fee in the case of illness. We will simply reschedule your appointment when you are feeling well enough to attend. I appreciate your awareness and respect of this boundary and safety for all of us. "No Show" policy: Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their session will be considered a 'no show'. You will be charged, in full, for this session space. If you arrive late, there may not be time to conduct a full session and your session may be shortened. Depending on how late you arrive, there may not be enough time remaining to receive a full session. Regardless of the amount of time of your session, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the time frame you selected.
