I am a one-woman band out here in the meadow, but I strive to get your herbal and energetic allies in your hands as quickly as I can. Most items will leave the apothecary and you will have a tracking number in your email box within 3-5 days. Please note that any bespoke and custom orders take more time. All items are shipped USPS Priority should arrive to you within 4 days of my shipment. You can also pick up here in northern Wisconsin at my convenient pick up box on the property. This timeframe applies to pick up orders as well.
Please note that with supply chain and complex socio-economic realities, you may be waiting longer than I intend.
One thing to note is that many items are bottled or made 'on demand', including wellness syrups and may require a little extra time. I still aim for the 3-5 day window, but will contact you if more time on my end is required.
Our goal is your happiness and health. However, due to the custom nature of the product I do not take returns on herbal medicine. All herbal remedies will respond differently in each of us and I cannot account for how your herbal remedy will work for you.
But if you feel a product is incorrect or has a fundamental quality problem, please do not hesitate to contact me directly to remedy the issue.
